Mindful Hatha flow incorporates trauma informed techniques, breathing exercises, and mindful meditation into its practice of physical poses which improves strength, flexibility, energy levels, focus, and cognitive performance. This class brings awareness to the present moment while allowing individual creativity to be expressed within flow sequences. You will feel empowered and learn how to develop self-trust in order to take ownership of your practice both on and off the mat!
