WORKPLACE &
COMMUNITY CARE

Reasoning & Recultivating

Trauma Informed Outreach and Group Sessions that provide both psychoeducation and a therapeutic space for any workplace personnel directly or indirectly impacted by adversity.

Organizations will recognize the importance of Mental Health and well-being in the workplace, while learning how to respond to employees' unsupported mental health needs and to modern working life challenges and transitions.

There are many risk factors for Mental Health such as Grief & Loss that may be present in the working environment.  Participants will explore the intersection between Behavioral Health, Organizational Management, and Psychoeducation to create a Grief/Trauma Informed Workplace Culture that promotes awareness, empathy, inclusion during challenging times, and provides tangible tools to better support one's self or another.

Further, employees and management will be able to discover their root cause of disconnection and/or stagnation. We bring awareness of implicit bias, promote self-care in the workplace, and facilitate team building/trust exercises all through a Trauma Informed lens.

What does
"Integrative" mean?

Well, what contributes to poor mental health? Usually a combination of factors. Integrative (complementary or alternative) mental health approaches are used together with or in place of traditional methods. It explores a whole body approach with assessments and techniques to address root causes. Integrative mental health providers maximize the way we bring the body into balance.

In conjunction with traditional psychotherapy, we integrate body awareness (Trauma Sensitive Yoga), culture, personal beliefs, and therapeutic education about the complex connection between what individuals eat (nutrition) and their mind.
